We stand behind every pair of Elavo shoes. Wear them for up to 30 days. If your feet don't feel the difference, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase.

How to start a return or exchange

• Email hello@shopelavo.com with your order number.
• We reply within one business day with return instructions.

Free size exchanges
Wrong size? We'll exchange unworn shoes for a different size at no cost to you within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
• Your bank may take a few additional days to display the credit.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, your choice, at no cost to you.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Email us as soon as possible and we will stop the order if it has not already left the fulfilment centre.
