Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order of 2 or more pairs, including every bundle. Single pairs ship for a flat $7.95.

Processing time
We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, most US orders arrive in 6–10 business days. Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand typically take 6–14 business days. Other destinations can occasionally take longer depending on the local postal service.

Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email hello@shopelavo.com and we will look into it.

Bundles
Multi-pair orders may arrive in more than one package. Each package has its own tracking.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees charged by your country. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household and neighbours first, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date. If a parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will make it right.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped.
